Shay's focus on produce physiology,  innovative packaging have made him a leader in cost effective shelf life extension. His professional experience includes several years working for US companies SunFed & Stepac.

Founder of TAP,  a pioneering hydroponic grower.Uzi's design & development expertise is recognized worldwide with turnkey greenhouse projects in Mexico, Guatemala, China, Italy, Cyprus, Turkey, Thailand and Vietnam. In addition to construction, Uzi will oversee growing operations.

Avner Shohet: Director of Marketing & Brand Development

Founder of TAP. MBA from Tel Aviv University. Avner developed TAP's 2BFresh brand which is a leader in the Israeli and European microgreens and fresh herb markets. He also has spearheaded TAP's international business development in Asia and Latin America.

 

 

Shlomy Raziel: Director of Design & Engineering

Decades of international experience designing and executing greenhouse projects for Netafim, USAID and TAP. Specializations include efficient greenhouse design, drip irrigation and hydroponic growing systems.
